Holland Taylor and Sarah Paulson are having a golden time.
After all, the couple’s date night at the 2024 Emmys was one to be seen, as the pair coordinated in effortless style. (See every celebrity arrival here.)
The duo shined while arriving on the red carpet outside the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles. Holland donned a cream pantsuit with a broach adorned each lapel and accessorized the look with a matching clutch and heels. Meanwhile, Sarah wore a dazzling blue gown featuring a black train and white bow on the back. She topped off the look with dainty drop earrings and a white clutch.
The pair—who have been dating since 2015—held each other close as they posed in front of the flashing lights. The award ceremony serves as a special night for both Holland and Sarah since they each earned a nomination during the biggest night in TV.
The 81-year-old is nominated for Outstanding Supporting Actress In A Drama Series for The Morning Show alongside costars Karen Pittman, Greta Lee and Nicole Beharie. The Gilded Age’s Christine Baranski, along with The Crown’s Elizabeth Debicki and Lesley Manville are also contenders.
Sarah was nominated for Outstanding Guest Actress In A Drama Series for Mr. & Mrs. Smith but lost out to costar Michaela Coel during the Creative Arts Emmy Awards Sept. 7. Costar Parker Posey, The Crown’s Claire Foy and The Morning Show’s Marcia Gay Harden were also in the running.
And while Holland and Sarah were sure to make the Emmys a sweet night out, they actually prefer to live a more private life.
"A date night looks like fooling around with the dogs and eating peacefully at home to get away from the rabble and the crowd," Holland told E! News in November. "We're very low-key."
In fact, the Two and a Half Men actress previously admitted to InStyle that she was "blindsided by the reaction" to their relationship.
"That doesn't mean it's not good, it's just taken some adjusting," she said of the attention to the outlet in 2017. "And Sarah is from a different generation, she's very much of today. It was hard for me at first to go through that membrane of being a private person. But it's been good for me to do it in such a lovely way."
