Detroit Lions quarterback Jared Goff apparently hears everything that is said about him and after Thursday night's victory against the Green Bay Packers, decided to take issue with one particular comment.
When discussing the game for Amazon Prime's pre-game coverage, former NFL quarterback turned analyst Ryan Fitzpatrick called Goff “a poor man’s Matt Ryan.”
Ryan, a former NFL MVP, is now working as an analyst for CBS.
Goff went 19-for-28 for 210 yards with one touchdown and one interception in the 34-20 victory, the Lions' fourth consecutive win against the Packers.
After the game, Goff was invited to partake in the post-game scrum with the Amazon Prime crew, where he took a direct shot at Fitzpatrick.

“Hope it’s up to your standards,” Goff said to Fitzpatrick. “I didn’t know I was a poor man’s anything, but it’s OK." That got the Prime crew laughing.
Goff then took the high road saying he respected Ryan and appreciated what Fitzpatrick does.
