Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez are reportedly good will house hunting.
The couple's Beverly Hills home—which they bought together in May 2023 for $60.8 million—has been quietly placed on the market, according to multiple outlets.
In fact, the "Let's Get Loud" singer and the Argo director are working with The Agency on the sale of the LA home, according to Entertainment Tonight, with the outlet also reporting that Jennifer has been seen looking at properties for sale in recent weeks.
E! News has reached out to reps for both Jen and Ben but has not yet heard back.
The news that Jennifer and Ben are parting ways with their home, purchased a year after their 2022 nuptials, comes amid rumors ongoing rumors that they're splitting up and living apart.
But while the rumors persist, so too apparently do Ben and Jennifer. In fact, the duo was recently seen exchanging a kiss on the cheek as they entered a recreation center to watch the Good Will Hunting alum's 12-year-old son Samuel—whom he shares with ex-wife Jennifer Garner, in addition to kids Violet, 18, and Seraphina, 15—play basketball June 2.
And only days before, the pair were seen getting together for a family event, Ben carrying a big box of pink party decorations.
While neither Ben nor Jennifer—who shares 16-year-old twins Max and Emme with ex Marc Anthony—have responded directly to breakup rumors, the "On The Floor" artist was asked about her relationship status during a May 22 press conference for her new film Atlas.
To which she had a succinct response: "You know better than that."
At the time, her costar Simu Liu was also quick to interject. "Okay we're not doing that," he told the reporters. "Thank you so much guys, really appreciate it. C'mon. Don't come in here with that energy, please."
He also made a point to express Jennifer's many accomplishments—in the film and beyond.
"You know what doesn't get mentioned enough, if I could just end on one thing," Simu, who stars alongside Jen and Sterling K. Brown in Atlas, said during the press conference May 22, "is that Jen is a producer on this movie—and the reason why I'm here and the reason why Sterling was in this beautiful movie is because Jen cares."
The 35-year-old continued, "Jen cares about things like representation and diversity and she's a boss and she's an incredible creative and an icon and that's what I think we should celebrate her for today."
But while the jury is still out on whether Jennifer and Ben will outlast the rumors, keep reading to relive their romance over the last two decades.
